Work Policies
Punctuality: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. Appointments only: We work by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. All bookings must be confirmed in advance and may require a deposit. Non-refundable deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your total on the day of your service. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit. No guests or children allowed: To maintain focus, hygiene, and safety, no guests or children are allowed during your appointment. Conditions that may prevent service: We cannot perform services if you have: • Active eye infections • Severely irritated or injured skin in the treatment area • Previous poorly healed treatments (without prior evaluation
Cancellations: You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period will result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once only, and with at least 24 hours' notice. The new appointment must be within 7 days of the original booking. No-shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late arrivals over 10 minutes: Will be treated as a missed appointment, and the deposit will be lost.
